Resilience Challenge

With everyone’s schedules up in the air right now, it can be difficult to find a sense of normality. The Zoom classes and home workouts have been a total success, and it’s been so positive to see all of you keeping on top of your physical wellbeing. 

But what about everything else? 

In times of crisis, your mental wellbeing is often the first thing to take a hit, and your nutrition is more than likely at the bottom of the priority list. Now this makes perfect sense considering the current situation, however it’s more important now than ever to keep hold of your positive habits.  

For those of you who haven’t seen, last week our good friends at Level Method launched the Resilience Challenge to help keep the community on track as best as they can.

It’s super customisable, and easy to keep an eye on, with no super complex apps (or barcodes to scan). 

There’s three goal types, Immunity, Mindset and Fitness. All you have to do is pick your goals within those categories, and then tick them off daily every time you achieve them. 

It’s totally free, and we’re encouraging everyone to get involved. You don’t need to be a part of the gym (or any gym) to sign up so, get your friends and family involved. 

As our way of giving back to you guys for staying focused, and to help local businesses, we’ll be doing a raffle every week for the community. We’ll be giving away two prizes per week from local businesses of all kinds, and all you have to do is stick to your goals the best you can. For every goal you achieve in the challenge, you’ll get a raffle ticket. You can earn up to 21 per week, and then the raffle gets drawn every Sunday.
